Sung-Won Yang  was born in Seoul and entered the French National Superior Academy in 1981, where he studied under Professor Philippe Muller. He graduated in 1986 and went on to study under professor Janos Starker in the “Artist Diploma Programme” at the Indiana University School of Music where later on he worked as professor Starker’s assistant. Today Sung-Won Yang teaches at the Korean National Institute of Arts. He has made radio recordings in France, the United States, Japan and Korea.. He has performed with artists such as Victor Trejakob, Yuri Bashmet, Choliang Lin and Leonard Hokanson at international festivals all over the world. He plays a 1845 Pressenda
Sung Sic Yang was born in Seoul in 1966 and entered the Paris Academy in 1979. He studied at the “Advance Solo Studies Course” at the Guildhall School in London, where he graduated in 1987. He has performed as a soloist throughout Europe. At the Seoul Olympic Games, he played concertos by Tchaikovsky and Mendelssohn with the Moscow Philharmonic. This performance was crowned by a record. Sung Sic Yang won the First Grand Prix at the Carl Flesh International Competition in London and made a recording for the BBC. He made his début in New York with a recital which was universally praised by both audiences and critics. Sung Sic Yang plays a 1727 Guarnerius de Gesu.
